I have a scout, it's good except for one thing, the asym tarp. Get it online, and i believe you can select a tarp-get a 4 corner. Little heavier, but you'll be thankful in high winds. Also, get snakeskins. I didn't, and I regret it so much.

Yes, I did. Used my cheapo Grand Trunk and it was great, except I didn't bring a sleeping pad so I was freezing on the first night when it got down into the 50s. Felt like someone dipped the bottom of my hammock in cold water. I went ground-mode the second night.
