Just bought myself a Filson Double mackinaw cruiser in charcoal. Incredibly heavy, warm, comfortable and you can tell it's going to outlive you when you put it on. If anyone is looking for a functional wool jacket made in the usa for autumn/winter then this is amazing

How important are pliers to you? Pliers and wire cutters come in handy and if you buy a quality multitool, the rest of the stuff will work well. I'm a big fan of their locking knives which you don't get on the SAK and the Leathermans with the screwdriver bits are much more useful than the little drivers that fold out of most SAKs.

My vote goes for Penn spinning reels and Abu Garcia Ambassadeurs.

Leatherman is a quality company. It's a lifetime warranty, you send your tool in and they'll fix/replace anything that needs fixing or replacing. I sent in my old supertool because the handles loosened up, and they tightened them and even replaced the file with a new version.

Send the company an e-mail at least.

Seriously, I would've voted for fucking Putin.
