Men island is what you can expect, with conflicts, issues about food or construction and eventually things get done and a routine is set for every basic need.
Women island is the fun part. The first day they walk 100 m and decide to sleep on the ground of the island. The second day, all the water is gone so they decide to make two group: one will look for a place to stay the other will wait.
At the third day, they have to call the doctor because they start to pass out. Who knew you had to drink water on a tropical forest? The doctor tell them where are the others so they can regroup. It's like that all the time.
Imagine you have no water left, what would you do? Mapping the island to find a source? Looking for a way to distillate sea water? Staying 4 hours a day in the sea so your skin will absorb some water?
They choose to sunbathe all day.
