How to keep batteries from draining in the cold?

Winter camping in a few days, and need to keep my GoPro batteries fresh the whole time. How do I keep them from draining in the cold? I won't be able to keep them all in pockets and such.

Chemical heater packets. Keep the batteries in one insulated container with a single packet. Change out the packet when needed.
