What is it about chopping firewood that is just so fucking comfy and relaxing, lads?

Can't beat chopping open a nice dry block, it's just so satisfying

Basically, "good wood will warm you twice".

Well i hate when i have to chop all day for 2 weeks ,for my year firewood supply , and not all blocks are easy to chop,
but mainly yeah, its a nice job

splitting firewood is fun because of the challenge of splitting in one hit, which isn't that difficult. Beyond that it is exercise with a material reward.
