Which of the three territories is the most dangerous? Taking into account all factors: environmental and weather, geography, wildlife, locals.

Nunavut is the least developed, and has the most cultural/social issues. I'm still kinda unsure why the nwt were split. Just remember in the mid 90s my teacher telling us how next year there's gonna be 3 territories instead of 2.

Alcoholism, lowest median age(I think it's like 21), gang issues, high substance abuse, etc...

All the territories are shitty places to live, but Nunavut is like ~10% worse than the other 2.

outside of the city you need to look out for first nations, white trash

Even in the city. Toronto on the whole is safer than, say, Sudbury or Saskatoon or a lot of other smaller, whiter cities. Especially downtown (as long as you avoid the first nations/white trash skids around Sherbourne and Dundas).

Funny thing is, if you ignore the aboriginal indians, what demographic do you think is the 2nd most troublesome? Indians(from india) have the most violent gangs in Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton/Calgary... One if the few instances where you don't need to distinguish between 'feather' or 'dot'...
