Walther, Steyr, Weihrauch, AA, Feinwerkbau are ones that come to mind.
Even CZ, especially that S200 they made for AA, although with any type of SHTF scenario, lugging a pump is a worse option than a good piston, so something like a terrus, lgv, lgu, tx200, hw97 or pro sport would be your best bet.
