Mine's the mountain/race variety, so there's some geometry changes between it and your typical mountain sled. Skis are wider, more aggressive track approach angle, better suspension, and some driveline differences to take the abuse of a race track.
Motor's stock, but I've made some major changes to the clutching/driveline to put that power to the track more efficiently.
