Just curious what anyone takes on a single night in the woods. Like an overnight get away from things type of trip. What's your pack look like for a single night outdoors. Fuck your BK2 hate it's the first thing I grab.

Honestly wanna take my first trip outdoors overnight to clear my head. Besides food I wanna build my own shelter and be comfortable. I'm not a hard core prepper or anything but I would love to learn how to be comfortable should need arise.

Anyway, to answer your question: nothing. I don't waste time or effort on a single night out. If I did, I could probably get away with a pretty short list. Knife (one that gets used for more than shitposting pics), lighter, sleep bag, pad, tarp, water, food.
