I've just signed for a hiking week and I'm a totally scared because my feet are very very very prone to blisters and I'm not fit enough. What essential tips can you guys give me for preventing blisters and not suffering in the hike? ¿Is compeed prehike a good solution?

The hike goes for 10-15 km per day in a path of hardness 5-6 on a scale from 1 to 10.
