Does anyone else flyfish but sick and tired of the stereotype?

I can't pull my rod out without someone either looking at me like I'm an escapee from the nearby lunatic asylum, or as if I'm payed by the state to entertain them. If it isn't those, it's some scum hipster bragging about 'his' fly fishing expeditions. It's like you can't fish anywhere without somehow being in the spotlight.

I'm starting to understand why rich faggots take trips to New Zealand and shit. Not because it's pretty, the catch is awesome, or even because it's "the place to go, but rather it's being able to fish without interference. Because goddammit, I'm there for me, not you're entertainment.
