Sometimes I can't even buy a shoe in a particular brand because the vertical space in a shoe is not big enough to fit my feet. Imagine what it might take for me to find a pair of these boots in my size. There are companies that will ship to America, and even companies that will accept overseas returns, but good lord what if the first pair I ordered didn't fit?
