Out of experience when it comes to prepping meat - the raw one will go bad quickly when not refigerated. You can maintain the cooked meat if you boil it once a day - but it will go bad after 4 or 5 days. I think it's better idea to cook it as it is, maybe make a vek or wek. Basicly cook the dish - meat with rice with some sauce and than close it in a glass jar. Then cook it couple of times and seal the jar's using some rubber glove or something that wont let the air in. Because as it is right now you are carrying a lot of half products you will need to cook and eat after cooking - that takes time and effort. You could use some chocolate for energy surge if you can't cook that stuff. Next time bring more processed foods like smoked meat and tourist cans. That's my opinion.

Have you been to the northwest? We basically bathe in hops. Were usually criticized -and justly so- for hop fanaticism. Not that I mind, because I enjoy a nice hop bomb as much as a rich porter or fresh, elegant kolsch, but its still an earned accusation.
