I've realized that often I spend so much time thinking things over that it ruins my fun. Like you, I was curious about MF, and then it lingered in my thoughts, and when I went out I would think "yeah, but wouldn't this shot have been better on medium format?" or "I'm already carrying this tripod, would it really be that much more work to bring a larger camera?" and then watching videos and trying convince myself I didn't need it. All it did was take me out of the moment and hurt my enjoyment. So I began to understand that by just trying things and finding out for myself, it would stop that endless worry and anxiety and my enjoyment and satisfaction increased even if I ended up not sticking with it.
