As for the workflow, I like it a lot. The UI is super flexible. Typical culling features, the stock tools and groups are pretty good but I tweaked mine a bit. It doesn't have some of the more advanced editing features of Lightroom, but if all you're doing is processing raws, which is what the program is for, it has everything you could need. I plan to get affinity for more advanced stuff but I haven't needed it just yet.
Biggest thing I appreciate is how snappy it is. I dunno it's hard to describe, it just gets the fuck out of the way and everything is where I would expect it to be. I keep saying it feels like Darktable if they hired a UX team.
