Mostly, what film you're using and what filter.
Rollei Infrared has much deeper IR reach than Ilford SFX for instance.
And a 750nm filter cuts quite a few stops more than 720nm.
That said, with Rollei IR and a 720nm, I rate it down 7 stops (ISO 3) and if there's lots of shadows, an extra stop (ISO1.5) because shade is mostly made up of visible spectrum light and not IR.
You develop normally at 400.
Of course if you shoot unfiltered, shoot it at 400 or maybe 200. But you won't get an IR effect that way.
