Your "m43 DR advantage" requires unrealistic settings that people don't actually use because in daylight it's hard to actually open the aperture enough at base ISO, and with normal, non high speed cameras the fabricated "DR advantage" is roughly equal to the ISO labeling discrepancy and the errors inherent to the incorrect definition of dynamic range used on p2p sharts. The principle and the data used are both bunk. You lost before you even began.
