Also, this may just be the perfectionist in me, but it would have been nice to capture the people in stop motion, so probably 1/125 + on the ISO, which may have been a little bit much for the setting, but still. I'd say from this picture that you have good technique, but you just need some more time to develop it more :)
As for me, I've been trying to make my first foray into Documentary photography, trying to document the decay that the Greater Kansas City area has been going through recently.
This first one is a picture of a store inside of a mall, taken on the very last day this mall was open to the public.
