I whipped up the first Pyramidal Frustum prototype for an invasive pinhole cap. I'm trying to max out the minimum focal length of a pinhole for my D3400. When done this should be 27mm focal length, f/123, and have a pinhole diameter of 0.219mm. Since this is "square" I can't use a twist-fit body cap to mount it. I'll need to make a spring-loaded cap, like a spring-loaded lens cap. The camera's mirror will actually rest on top of this thing and bounce up and down on it when taking photos. I'll use some craft foam to deaden the noise of that...
