Which is why you take the following mindset : you buy a camera cheaply, if it works, great, you saved a lot of money. If it doesn't work, welp you'll need to go through a CLA but it will still be as cheap as if you paid the full price on LBC.
So for exemple right now I'm looking at camera A, they usually are for sale for 120-170€. Therefore, I am looking to get one in the 50-100€ price range in case I need to pay for a CLA. Even if I do pay for a CLA, it will mean I would have paid for a working exemple for as much as people think they are worth. Which is a huge win.
Keep in mind as well that a body with a lens is worth a "lot" more than a body only. So to keep the exemple of Camera A, I am more interested by a listing with Camera A + lens for 70€ than only Camera A for 40€, because most likely, the lens is worth the difference, if not a lot more. Even very common 50/1.8 sell for 50€ regurlarly ... Oh and one last thing, first part lens are worth more than third party lens.
