>>3666217If you fear for your equipment go for the A1. The only problem I see is you don't have the versatility you would have with a DSLR to shoot at night. And you don't have the capability to shoot as fast. Also, remember pushing is your friend, so carry film that can be pushed .
I tried to cover some protests and riots last october and most of my pictures were bad. Adrenaline and tunnel vision is real, and if you dont have practice is hard to focus on getting your exposure and composition right.
