Only one option, Sony. Everything else is crop. Nikon has a full frame one rumored, but it has been for quite awhile, and it will take quite awhile for lenses to be released.
I’d recommend a7rii (down to ~$2,000 now with the release of the a7riii) a prime of your preferred focal length (Zeiss 55mm is highly recommended) and either the new 24-105mm f/4 zoom (the 24-70mm f/2.8, while fucking amazing, is just to expensive) you wanna splurge, or just the kit lens.
Sony’s e-mount cameras also have awesome support for adapted manual focus lenses. You would be able to use your old film lenses too. You can actually autofocus Canon EF mount, Minolta A-mount, and even Leica M-mount lenses with the proper (pricey) adapters.
