They handle IBIS, lens stab, cooling solution, all the internal video features, battery and the body design itself. Internal fan to allow 10-bit 4:2:2 4k24 and 8-bit everything else. 4k60 5.9k sampled, 1080p120 200mbps, 1080p60 100mbps, all pal and ntsc options and everything else uncropped. 30min recording limits to avoid stupid taxes and keep the price down. All lenses and the body will be weather sealed by panasonic and 100% functional inside of a tropical cyclone.

Sony's in charge of autofocus and will be working with Fujinon to develop super fast AF responsive lenses. A trio of primes, a kit zoom that the camera will be sold with and a telephoto will be developed. 20mm f1.4, 50mm f1.8 and a 75mm f2, a 20-50 f2.8-4 and a 100-400 f3.5-4. All lenses will have panasonic power OIS. We will call the mount xalphag.
Fuji is going to get help from Nikon fabs to build a 24MP xtrans full frame backlit sensor and it's going to be a collaboration of Nikon and Fuji color science. Sony is lending engineers to push the ISO performance so far in the dark its going to compete with infrared trail cams.
