but this will never, ever happen, because all modern lenses are good enough to take fantastic photos.
obsessing over a single brand is a waste of time. if you like a zeiss lens buy one, if you like one from a different brand buy that one, generally try to avoid cheap shit lenses unless you are OK accepting image quality tradeoffs for cost reduction and you can't go wrong.
