The hair covering her face makes it look sloppy. That's the type of thing you have to look out for as the photographer.
I actually don't think her pose is that bad. A little cheesy, perhaps, but not bad. She's actually doing something besides just standing there or leaning against something, so I'll give you props for that.
As far as processing goes, It feels a little dark and bland. Your exposure is actually pretty even, so that's not the issue. You've done a good job getting texture and color in the shadows of her hair and simultaneously in her white shirt, so props for that. But it feels like it's just a little flat and dark. Not much, just a little. Looking at your histogram, both your black point and your white point are squished really far in. I'd bring the highs and lows a little closer to true black and white and then give the curve a tiny bump to lighten everything. Here's a very quick edit with just that curves adjustment.
