But anyway. Here's DPReview's studio tool. Load up an X-T30 and a D750 (or even better, D780) side by side and you'll find that the full frame camera gives you about a stop better noise performance at a given ISO and noticeably better sharpness and details:

So you're only spending maybe a couple hundred more, not *thousands* more, and getting a legit benefit. You're only spending *thousands* more if you're comparing a brand new high end full frame to a used crop body.
