A lot of these people have never traveled out of their counties not for economic reasone but through sheer lack of curiosity. Plenty of people I met couldn't name the 3 branches of government, didn't finish high school, or DIDN'T KNOW WHAT PARTY DONALD WAS RUNNING FOR. A good half genuinely believed in the talking-snake-and-apple-6000-years-ago spiel from the bible.
