I recently got a new lens for ultra cheap. It is a wee tiny Zeika Cine 6.5mm prime f/1.9. I don't have a 25mm reverse ring or a 25mm step up ring (I have a 26mm one!). Right now I just drilled a 1" hole in a rear lens cap then hot glued it to a reverse ring and hot glued the lens to the rear lens cap. I put some grey putty on the inside to block light. It is all temporary and I have a 25mm-58mm step up ring on order to go on my 58mm reverse ring that should work well with this. The current hot glue setup gives it 18mm of extension. When I use the step-up ring with reverse ring it'll lose some magnification power, but get a wee bit better IQ of course.
