The Zeiss Planar 50mm f1.4 will have no problems filling the frame on a Fujifilm GFX with a square crop, and has the field of view and depth of field as an 85mm f2.4.
Buying these items used shouldn't cost that much more than a Hasselblad or Rolleiflex with a Planar 80mm f2.8. It's not film so it will feel less special, but then again you won't have to pay for it, nor for processing or have to deal with scanning.
