>>3560487That flash is fine for bounce and fill in typical room sized spaces but you're quickly going to want to upgrade if you want to do exterior fill or larger spaces. If you ever plan on using the high res mode or any of the high speed shooting modes on that EM1 mk II wish flash you really are going to want to buy the FL-900R. If not, just buy the cheapest Godox flashes you can find they'll be perfect. One thing that really disappointed me about the FL-900Rs is that they're optical RC only, no radios. Even the mid range Godox flashes have radios these days.
Accessories you might want are definitely a CPL and a couple of NDs. Some cheap gels are a good idea. A tripod of course. Just go out and shoot. Shoot every day if you can.
