here in quebec we've had this court decision kinda fuck over everyone doing street. but it doesn't stop me from doing it.

UNLESS it was taken at a newsworthy event (car crash, festival, farmers market)>The above is allowed if the person is part of a crowd or not the main subject of the photograph. The actual word used here is "incidental"So if I ever decide to publish my photos. I could risk getting sued if someone gets recognized. I'm actually hoping it happens some day so I can fight it and hopefully leave a positive precedent. Plus I think it's worth losing 2000$ over someones photo. if not just for the exposure.
