Camera should cost no more than 800€ ($850), either new or good-condition refurbished. For that price it should come with a kit-lens, or the camera should be cheap enough for me to buy a 300€ lens, and still be under 800€. I don't care about video performance or anything. I just want to get into photography. Also, a huge point is low-light performance. I'll mostly go out at night to shoot, or low-light. I'll obviously get a tripod too. I'll mostly shoot landscape/landscape/architecture, maybe get into abstract/conceptual photography, and maybe photograph protests here and there.
So far I'm eying following cameras:
