>>2996373It depends on what you want to explore, what you want to capture. If you don't want to get shot, your best bet is to either go out during the day or avoid the shadier areas altogether. Which is good or bad, depending on what you want to explore. The shadier neighborhoods will likely have older buildings with more wear and the upscale spots probably have a lot of modern buildings. I know it's common to bash on the new stuff and glorify the old, but IMO that's just taking all of the new architecture for granted.
