I'm deciding to stick it out with my T6i until I can afford an R6II, I think the extra battery life and mechanical shutter will be worth it and best of all my resolution will stay the same, I'm pretty used to editing 6000x4000. I only have two more crop lenses to sell then I will jump ship and sell my Rebel.
Why am I upgrading? I want better low light, better AF, and faster continuous drive. The R8 has the same battery rating as my T6i and uses the same batteries, but that would have me running pretty dry by the end of the day of a motorsports event or all day hike.
That and there are just so many exciting RF lenses out there. The 50 1.2L and the 800 f/11 especially interest me. I'm slowly coming around to primes.
But for my zoom, I finally got my 100-400 and should get an opportunity to get out in the field this weekend. I'm
