It sounds that you are more of a technical person and not really an artist. You must have the 100% technical perfection to be happy so you are jumping systems. Probanly after 5 years you will post here again bashing the Nikon system. This is just pure gearfagging..
Take the advice "slow down" work with what you have at hand. I have a friend who uses an old 2010s power zoom because he is poor and he produces amazing pictures. Not a single peep about gear from him. Instead only output and working with what he has.
