I can tell from experience Sigma excel at cheapening out as well, especially on this series of lenses.
Slippery focus ring finish. Meant to look shiny, not not so much handle well.
Thin metal surface, you can feel right underneath the metal it bumps against another surface, like driving on a road of gravel.
The more expensive high end Sony lenses are second to no one in this regard, they are usually well dampened.
Especially the ones with dedicated Aperture ring, which is rare in this industry.
