HP5+ is not high contrast to begin with (i.e. has lots of latitude), and keeps tons of detail in the shadows when you pull. You could even shoot it straight against the sun and keep details both in the sky and in the shadows, when pulling (picrelated).

If you have HP5+ already, try pulling 2 stops maybe? But I think it's overkill, can't imagine what kind of contrast you have in your scene that 1 stop of pulling isn't enough.
