I currently use the Benro IS05, and it fits comfortably in my sling bag (Lowepro Passport Sling III)

I'm pretty satisfied with it, to be honest, but I'm thinking there might be something better out there.
Features I'm looking out for versus my current tripod:
Folded length shorter than or just as short; has to fit in my bag
Lever-lock legs
Max height is close;
Weight is lighter or at least close
Sturdiness is good, but it's not an absolute requirement because I use a small camera anyway, a Sony a6000.
