>>3436872having owned the d7100 and used the a6500 I'd say that while the d7200 is much more comfortable to use it does not warrant it being that big in 2019 just for APS-C, you can carry around the a6300 everywhere you go while the d7200 is a huge brick while not offering that much more as a camera.
I'd say go for the a7, the sensor isn't that good and the af is bad but it's definitely better thanks to it just being full frame, yup that's it.
the a7 and d7200 will take up the same amount of space thanks to lenses you are going to use.
I regret not going full frame when I just started but the a7 really leaves something to be desired though which might be a huge turnoff but it's definitely the better camera here.
also take a look at fujifilm aka the x-t2 which have great feeling MILC bodies but is less technically competent than the a6300, extremely minor stuff though.
