>>3996634Right. The only benefit of pixel binning is that you don't lose much dynamic range, and that 108mp sensor is pretty large. What you do lose is sharpness. The RAWs out of any of those devices are total mud. Without the AI processing, it's impossible to render a sharp image.
No trouble with sharpness at 12mp on my S20FE. It's a pity. The 108mp sensor is ~3/4", 25% bigger than my 1/2" sensor, but all it produces is garbage because its pixels are less than half the size.
