Is getting a new Olympus OM-D EM5 with kit lens for $500 a good idea at this time? I'm going to use it for street photography and capturing video. I currently have a Nikon D90 which I use for my headshots, events and wedding shoot. I would want something that is small and looks retro since it reminds me of the film days. Since the D90 doesn't support an external mic and 1080p video I would want this camera to have video capabilities as well.
The newer OM-D EM10 is not an option due to not having an external mic. The EM5 Mark II and EM1 is out of reach for my budget.
