>>3279420>>3279320>>3279319>>3279287>>3279275I'm having the same problem I've recently started scanning c41 the DSLR way (Well mirrorless actually) and I just can't get the god damn white balance properly every time. I use auto white balance in camera then in Lightroom I try to adjust the white balance but it always looks off. I tried the method where you use the eyedrop tool and selected a part of the film along the edge but it usually just maxes out the Temp to 2000 and makes the Tint perfect. So I'm assuming the Temp needs to go past 2000 to get the perfect white balance.
God I wish modern Digital cameras had a negative scan feature where they invert the picture, that would make this 100x easier.
