There are reasons to pick FF over MFT. Image quality is not one of them in most cases.
Crop medium format is another typical gearfag honeypot. More often than not it results in worse pictures, because equivalence is a thing and if your lenses aren't equivalent to a lens that's faster on FF then it's pointless outside of getting a detailed 100MP picture intended to be used as such. A Vogue page is 8x10 7/8". Printed at 300dpi that's 7.83MP. There's a reason professional photographers were happy to use the 5D classic years after it came out, the advantage of getting more resolution becomes more and more niche (outside of cropping for reach). And guess what, reach is dominated by pixel size, not sensor size. So, basically outside of extra large pictures to hang on walls there's little reason to shoot 44x33 or even real digital medium format. You could print a photo 6 times the size of a Vogue page with a 5Ds. 7 times as big as the Vogue page with a Leica M11. How big do you realistically imagine yourself printing? Bear in mind there's no pixel shift in use for these calculations. A G9 II in pixel shift mode lets you print the size of TEN Vogue pages (80MP).
