>>3247353, I separated the sky and canyon into two different layers so I could increase the brightness of the canyon and decrease the brightness of the sky, since the sky was overexposed and canyon underexposed. I really try not to do anything crazy though, and typically the only pictures I edit were already decent to begin with. When I fuck with a picture hard, it's usually to make some sort of artistic choice than making the picture look better, if that makes sense. I'm definitely an amateur though so probably neither happens lol
