This leads to two things:
1) retards infect medical staff quarantining it. There's shortage of staff.
2) hospitals don't have so many beds. Some people will be left to die (spoilers! if you get a bad pneumonia and no access to respirators, YOU DIE! There have been intubated people of any age, your body can take it if you're young, but you still NEED it!)
3) as infected people go to hospitals, all the weaker patients DIE! IT's not 2% when it's out of control and it murders everyone with ashtma, curing cancer, with an infection, etc.
tl;dr HOSPITALS SHUT DOWN MILLIONS DIE.
Stay at home unless it's NECESSARY FOR YOUR WORK LIFE, HEALTH OR GROCERIES.
