You can clearly see the up-down shaking from the shutter press due to having no timer, so add the self timer (it should be the two second option or so)
You can also use mirror lock up if you wish, for maximum safety, but it's usually nor a problem on smaller cameras.
you really want to stop down your f/ to f/5.6 f/8 to get the "stars" from street lights and such. Pic related, an older one and I don't like how I edited it so much today, but it gets the point across.
