I run around with a Godox pincer flash, which I recommend (it's wireless) but even my Entomologist sister tells me that I look fucking stupid with that thing attached to my camera
If you want to improve anything, get a well-focusing dedicated macro lens, ideally the Laowa 100 mm 1:1-0.5. The smaller you can keep your setup, the easier it will be to take photos under difficult circumstances. Don't get an off-camera flash, you will need both hands on your camera.
