But, since I'm now the 'camera guy', my family and some friends ask me to bring it to parties because its results are way better than phone pictures. The lens makes it easy to take nice pictures of people. Well, nice to me & other members of the general public with no real photography experience. We're easily impressed.
Now, I follow some real photographers on social media, and I really like the b&w portraits with high contrast, like pic related.
Does this style have a name? I'd like to give it a try. I have photoshop and am not afraid to learn.
