It's portable , has small lenses, it is easy to use with ND filters so I don't really stand out when taking pictures with it and I can carry my gear without much hassle. You can also adapt old lenses you buy on ebay to shoot landscapes as you don't really need autofocus. You can even use those for street as well. I gota 55/1.8 for less than 10 euros.
