>>3921055Yeah, Boston is pretty dead. I think I’ve gotten everything I can from downtown/seaport over the last year, and I’m desperate for anything else really. Maybe some occasional street opportunities in the financial district when the light is good, but people aren’t commuting right now. Kenmore/Hynes is ok. I’ve been thinking of checking out some more run down buildings in Somerville or Allston. There are industrial areas by the Encore as well. Doing a project on the T could be interesting, too, but someone’s definitely gonna fight me if I just start snapping pictures.
